The condominium dumpsters are provided for normal household trash generated by residents only. Improper use increases costs for all owners and may result in fines, cleanup charges, or loss of dumpster service.
ALLOWED ITEMS
The following items may generally be disposed of in the Association dumpsters:
• Bagged household trash
• Food waste
• Paper products
• Non-recyclable packaging
• Broken-down cardboard boxes (if recycling is unavailable)
• Small household items that fit completely inside the dumpster with the lid closed
• Normal pet waste (bagged)
• Small amounts of routine household garbage generated from daily living
NOT ALLOWED
The following items may NOT be placed in the dumpsters:

• Doors and windows
• Toilets, sinks, tubs, or fixtures
• Carpet and padding

• Mattresses or box springs
• Appliances
• Water heaters
• Tires
• Exercise equipment
• Large televisions
• Large household cleanouts
• Hot tubs or spa components
Hazardous or Restricted Materials
• Paint
• Oil or gasoline
• Chemicals
• Batteries
• Automotive fluids
• Propane tanks
• Fireworks
• Pool chemicals
• Pesticides
• Medical waste
• Sharps or needles
Electronics
• Computers
• Monitors
• Printers
• Televisions
• Electronic waste prohibited by local disposal regulations

ADDITIONAL RULES
• All trash must be placed inside the dumpster.
• Do not leave items on the ground next to dumpsters.
• Cardboard boxes must be broken down.
• Dumpsters are for resident household use only and may not be used by contractors.
• Contractors must remove and dispose of their own debris off-site.
• Moving cleanouts, remodeling debris, estate cleanouts, and excessive trash loads require private disposal arrangements.
Residents may be charged for cleanup, hauling, overflow charges, or damages caused by improper disposal. Violations may also result in enforcement action and fines pursuant to the Association’s governing documents.
